EGM Unit 7
Goals for this Unit:​
- Continue to reinforce proper guitar hold and hand position
- Reinforce playing combinations of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd String Notes on the guitar (E, F, G, B, C, D, G, and A) as well as quarter, half, dotted half, and whole note rhythms. Students will also continue to build on chord playing and reading with C, G7, and G 1-finger chords. Students will be able to combine these notes with new concepts introduced in this unit.
- Introduction of the 4th String Guitar Notes D, E, and F. By the end of this unit students will be able to read, play, and compose with these 3 notes on the Guitar.
