EGM Unit 10
Goals for this Unit:​
- Continue to reinforce proper guitar hold and hand position
- Reinforce playing combinations of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th String Notes on the guitar as well as eighth, quarter, half, dotted half, and whole note rhythms. Students will also continue to build on chord playing and reading with C, G7, and G 1-finger chords. Students will be able to combine these notes with new concepts introduced in this unit.
- Introduction of the notes E, F, and G on the 6th String of the Guitar. Students will be able to read, play, and compose with these notes along with other mastered notes on the Guitar.
